Street marketing


The different Street marketing actions aim to bring tourism research activity closer to society. These activities and experiments will be developed in those places where tourists and residents coincide, allowing them to interact in the street. This citizen participation will raise awareness of the work of tourism research and the importance of the results derived from it for society.

Through different neuromarketing techniques, the responses of residents and tourists will be analyzed and the research will be brought closer to society.

Among the different actions that will be carried out is the tasting of products offered by the Mercado del Puerto (wines, cheeses and ham) with the aim of learning about the influence of gastronomy on emotions and experience.
