Arminda Almeida Santana, member of the Laboratory #EMOTUR, from the Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism #FEET and the University Institute of Tourism and Sustainable Economic Development#TIDES, was distinguished with the recognition of outstanding young researchers 2020 in the branch of Social and Legal Sciences.
The Rector Lluís Serra Majem, together with the Vice-Rector for Research, Marisol Izquierdo, presented this award at the investiture ceremony for doctors for the 2019-2020 academic year, held last Saturday.
After receiving her award, our colleague, Dr. Arminda Almeida, took the floor on behalf of the distinguished young researchers to thank them for recognizing their research work, noting that the young scientists at this university will continue to work for the success of science and research in the Canary Islands.
