Participation of researchers Sergio Moreno Gil and Tatiana David Negre, members of the Project #emotur of the Tides University Institute of the@ulpgc_para_ti in the “Boot Camp Tourism 2020: Strategies for the reactivation of tourism in Bolivia” organized by the Bolivian Catholic University “San Pablo” together with the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).
Through the presentation entitled “TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION IN DESTINATION MARKETING”, topics of great relevance to tourism were discussed, such as the understanding and analysis of emotions, behavior and experiences lived by tourists through new techniques such as facial expressions, eye tracking and Virtual and Augmented Reality. Which provide new data and a better understanding of the behavior, tastes and needs of tourists, thus helping to improve their experiences.
