On 5 April, at Emoturlab, our pioneering laboratory in neurotourism research, we received the visit of the renowned chef Ferrán Adrià, in collaboration with the Telefónica Chair of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
A unique meeting that marked a milestone in the collaboration between science and avant-garde cuisine.
During the tour, an enriching dialogue was generated between Ferrán Adrià and the Emoturlab team, where ideas and perspectives on customer experience, gastronomic innovation and the potential of neuromarketing to transform the food industry were exchanged.
Ferrán Adrià’s visit to Emoturlab consolidated the laboratory’s position as a benchmark in gastronomic neuromarketing research.
An event that will undoubtedly open up new possibilities for collaboration between science and haute cuisine, with the aim of researching the customer experience in gastronomy, communication and gastronomic language, as well as its cognitive and emotional coding, in addition to training in this field.
